Terms of service
These terms govern your use of staydigest.com, published by StayDigest Travel Media Inc.. Using the site means you accept them. They are short and in plain language on purpose.

1. What this site is
StayDigest is an independent publication. It reviews casino hotels and casino resorts in Canada and publishes reference material about them. It is journalism and editorial opinion, offered for information.
2. What this site is not
We do not operate, own or manage any casino, hotel, resort or gambling facility. We do not accept wagers, take deposits, hold player accounts, run games, sell gambling products or provide any form of online or remote gaming. We do not act as a booking agent and we cannot make, change or cancel a reservation. Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble or an inducement to do so.
3. Age
This site is intended for adults. Gambling in Canada is restricted to those aged 19 or over in most provinces, and 18 or over in Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba. Do not use this site if you are under 18.
4. Accuracy, and its limits
We take care with facts and we date every review with the month it was last checked. Even so, casino floors, hotels, restaurants, opening hours, dress codes, parking arrangements, entertainment calendars and prices change constantly and without notice. Figures such as machine counts and table counts are approximate by nature.
Everything here is published without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Confirm anything that matters to your trip directly with the property before you travel or spend money.
5. Editorial opinion
Scores, rankings, verdicts and recommendations are our opinion, formed from our own visits and research. They are not statements of fact, not professional advice, and not a guarantee of anybody's experience. Reasonable people will disagree with some of them; that is what an opinion is.
6. No gambling advice
Nothing on this site is advice about how, when, where or how much to gamble. We publish no systems, strategies or predictions, and we make no claim that anybody can win. Every game described here carries a mathematical advantage for the house that does not change with skill, timing or persistence. If gambling is causing harm, see our responsible gaming page.
7. Your use of the site
You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote briefly from them with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site systematically, resell the content, present it as your own, or use it to train commercial models without our written permission.
You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, or use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or automated content.
8. Intellectual property
Text, scores, page design and code are © 2026 StayDigest Travel Media Inc.. Photographs are licensed stock imagery used to illustrate the subject matter; they are not images of the specific interiors described unless stated. Property names, brands and trade marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively, for identification, under fair dealing. Their use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or relationship.
9. Third-party links
We link to provincial regulators, help lines and support organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices. We do not link to online gambling operators.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StayDigest Travel Media Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here, including gambling losses, travel costs, booking disputes or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Editorial enquiries and corrections
If a fact here is wrong, write to [email protected] and we will check it and correct it. We do not sell coverage, adjust scores by request, or remove a published review because an operator dislikes it.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and material changes will carry a note on the site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
